1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FinLogic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FinLogic is a personal finance management application that helps you:

• Track income and expenses
• Create and manage budgets
• View financial reports and analytics
• Set savings goals and spending challenges
• Receive AI-powered financial insights (Pro feature)

The App is available as a free version with optional paid subscription (FinLogic Pro) for premium features.

3. User Accounts & Data

FinLogic does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You are responsible for backing up your financial data
• We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, theft, or accidental deletion

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 FinLogic Pro Subscription

FinLogic Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play Store.

• Monthly: Starting at $0.50/month (USD), with equivalent pricing in local currencies
• Yearly: Starting at $2.99/year (USD), with equivalent pricing in local currencies

4.2 Billing

• All payments are processed through Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
• Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FinLogic only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass subscription verification or access Pro features without payment
• Use the App for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Use automated systems to interact with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of FinLogic are the intellectual property of FinLogic and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinLogic is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Financial calculations will be 100% accurate in all edge cases
• AI-generated insights constitute professional financial advice

Important: FinLogic is a personal finance tracking tool and does NOT provide professional financial, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinLogic and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial information
• Financial decisions made based on the App's reports or AI insights
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.
