FinLogic ("we," "our," or "the App") is a personal finance management application available on the Google Play Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

FinLogic stores all your financial data locally on your device. This includes:

• Transaction records (income, expenses, transfers)
• Budget configurations and categories
• Financial goals and savings challenges
• App preferences and settings
• Currency preferences

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

2.2 Subscription & Purchase Data

If you subscribe to FinLogic Pro, Google Play handles all payment processing. We receive:

• Subscription status (active/inactive)
• Purchase tokens for verification
• Subscription plan type (monthly/yearly)

We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Google account credentials.

2.3 Device Information

We may collect basic device information for app functionality:

• Device locale and currency settings (for automatic currency detection)
• Device time zone (for accurate date tracking)
• Operating system version (for compatibility)

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification (name, email, phone number)
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Contact lists or call logs
• Photos or media (unless you attach a receipt)
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers

3. How We Use Information

• App Functionality: To provide expense tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting features
• AI Insights: To generate personalized financial tips based on your spending patterns (processed locally)
• Subscription Management: To verify your Pro subscription status via Google Play Billing
• App Improvement: To fix bugs and improve performance based on crash reports (if enabled by you)

4. Data Storage & Security

• All financial data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device
• Biometric authentication (fingerprint/face) is available for app lock
• No cloud storage or server-side data retention
• Data export files (CSV/PDF) are generated locally and stored on your device

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google Play Billing

5.2 No Analytics or Ad SDKs

FinLogic does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your financial information stays on your device.

The only exception is if required by law (e.g., a valid court order), in which case we can only provide what limited data we have access to (subscription records via Google Play).

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: View all your data within the app at any time
• Export: Export your financial data to CSV or PDF format
• Delete: Clear all data from within the app settings, or uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Subscription: Cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Google Play Store

8. Children's Privacy

FinLogic is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
