The App's source code, design, and user interface are the intellectual property of the developer. The sacred texts of the Bhagavad Gita are in the public domain. Translations and commentaries included in the App may be sourced from publicly available scholarly works.
Disclaimer on Accuracy: The text, verses, translations, and summaries within the App may contain software transcription errors, misspelled words, or incorrect data. The developer does not guarantee absolute textual accuracy. Users are encouraged to report any data errors found within the verses, summaries, or translations to the developer for immediate correction.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., ad removal). All purchases are final and processed by Google Play. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support. Restored purchases are available via the "Restore Purchases" option in settings.
The free version of the App may display advertisements via Google AdMob. Ad-free experience is available through in-app purchase. The developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
